I went up to my mother's home this past Saturday to inspect the ceiling repair work done by Todd Nauman. He did a great job! I couldn't see where the repairs work was done and the color matched the surrounding area. As a result I won't have to paint the ceiling. I called Todd to let him know that I was very pleased with his work and discuss his bill as I thought that it might be higher as additional portions of the ceiling needed repaired. He told me that he did it for a fixed price and that the bill was as quoted to you. I asked him about his thoughts as to why it came loose and he told me that the vibration, movement and pounding on the roof may have caused it. As a result, I want you to pay him as we had originally discussed. I appreciate your willingness to "make things right"...They now are. I will certainly give you a good recommendation if one is requested. Regards,
